It was another exciting cup game, and terrific performance from Gosport Borough Ladies at the AEI stadium earlier this afternoon.

Playing a visiting team from the league above, the BORO’ proved more than a match for their lofty opponents.

Basingstoke Town who are currently 2nd in the next league above, found themselves 3 - 2 down with just 10 minutes to go against the BORO’ who had taken the game to Basingstoke with 2 x goals from Zoe Bache and another from Megan Gratton.

Heartache for Gosport as the visitors found an equaliser, and then after a couple of unfortunate deflections, grabbed the winner in the final minutes.

Congratulations to all of the BORO’ Ladies and well done Gosport’s player of the match - Zoe Bache.
