BORO’ Director of Football Mark Molesley is delighted to be able to announce that Pat Suraci has agreed to join his backroom staff as first team coach with immediate effect.

Speaking to the club’s website, Mark was quick to praise Suraci’s coaching attributes and total commitment to the club.

‘It is so important that we recruit the very best people, who are committed to the project and have the right attitude and mentality, as we look to progress this football club on and off the pitch.

Pat has already had a massive impact in our development, with the great job achieved in developing our Club Academy, and his involvement will only help galvanise our young talents pathway to the first team.

From the moment I arrived at the club, Pat immediately stepped up and has been working hard supporting the first team, and has shown his tremendous work ethic, attention to detail and coaching talent, vital attributes which will help the coaching team to provide a supportive and structured environment for the players to excel in.

He obviously has a deep affinity with the club, being a respected exciting player and recent coach, and I look forward to working with him in our quest to make this club the best it can be’.

Pat has spent the first half of this season as joint manager of Petersfield Town, and starts his new role with the BORO’ with immediate effect.
