Gosport Borough Announce the permanent signing of defender Ben Pashley from Chichester City.

Joint Head Coach Pat Suraci gave his thoughts to the club’s website:

‘We are delighted to bring Ben in to add to the already well-performing squad.

He is a defender that has been an important part of Chichesters positive start to their season, in which they had the best defensive record in their league.

With a few injuries affecting our defensive unit, we thought it was important to bolster that department for the upcoming months in which there is a lot of football to be played.

Ben will bring quality on the ball as well as strong defensive capabilities, so we are looking forward to seeing him in action’.

Gosport travel to third placed Chesham United tomorrow (Saturday 18th) for the ‘match of the day’ in the Pitching In Southern Premier Division, with our new signing eligible to play & in the squad.
