Talley joined Albion from Arsenal in 2017 and signed a professional contract with The Seagulls in July 2020.

He went on loan to Isthmian League South East Division outfit Burgess Hill Town in January 2020, before featuring regularly for Albion under-18s the following season.

The ‘keeper made his Premier League 2 debut for the club in December 2021 and has been involved in EFL trophy squads with Brighton's under 23 side.
