Gosport have moved to strengthen their squad in preparation for this
season’s crucial final six games.
With the BORO’ fighting for every point to ensure their presence in
next season’s Premier League, the club have been busy this week
securing the services of
two loan signings that will add much needed bite to their starting options.
Both signings are available for Saturday’s crunch game away at Harrow
Borough on Saturday.
Charlie Wassmer: - from Hayes & Yeading.
A formidable natural leader & central defender who is no stranger to
the AEI stadium, having been involved in many a tussle between Hayes
and Gosport over the last two seasons, and even played a few games for
Gosport whilst on loan back in 2017.
Previous Club’s include Cambridge Utd, Crawley, Dagenham & Redbridge
and Hampton & Richmond, as well as Hayes & Yeading.
Charlie has even accompanied BORO’s Rory Williams in the National
League South’s selected, team of the season….
Maxwell Kinsey-Wellings: - from AFC Bournemouth.
Qualified to play for the Republic of Ireland, the Guildford born
versatile defender spent six years with the Southampton Academy,
before being snapped up
by the Cherries despite being offered terms by Sheffield Wednesday.
Previous Club’s include time with Wimborne Town.
Welcome to the BORO’ Charlie & Max.
